Seven years after the Monsterpocalypse, Joel Dawson (Dylan O’Brien), at the side of the relaxation of humanity, has been living underground ever in view that giant creatures took manipulate of the land. After reconnecting over radio along with his excessive faculty lady friend Aimee (Jessica Henwick), who is now eighty miles away at a coastal colony, Joel starts offevolved to fall for her once more. As Joel realizes that there may be nothing left for him underground, he makes a decision in opposition to all logic to mission out to Aimee, regardless of all the harmful monsters that stand in his way.
